RIM's BlackBerry Z10 flagship will be online from January 30 and in stores from January 31

At the time of writing, RIM is poised to launch BlackBerry 10 tomorrow and it's expected to officially unveil two flagship models, the BlackBerry Z10 and BlackBerry X10, but new information suggests the Z10 will be in webstores to buy the same day.

The Verge claims to have received word from someone at Vodafone UK which says the touch-only BlackBerry Z10 smartphone will be available online from 5pm on Wednesday January 30. Reportedly the device will be in stores by the following day.

The report also says the Z10 will be Vodafone's first 4G ready handset.

Tariff information was also revealed, the Z10 can be obtained free on Vodafone's £47 per month plan with 3GB of data plus unlimited calls and texts each month for 24 months.

Alternatively, £229 up front for the phone will get you a £25 per month plan with 100MB of data, 100 minutes and unlimited texts.

Allegedly the black coloured Z10 will be the only one available at first with the white model not appearing until mid-February.

There's no information about the Blackberry X10 just yet, which is a traditional Qwerty keyboard equipped Blackberry 10 smartphone. It's believed it will have the same spec and only presents a different form factor for fans of the old BlackBerry style.

Rumours say RIM will launch six phones in total with apparently two phones in each of the low, mid and premium price brackets, one with touch-only and one with a keyboard for each category.

BlackBerry 10 will introduce an entirely new interface centred on multitasking and a communications hub which is always only a swipe away.

RIM predicts it will launch with over 100,000 apps in the BlackBerry World store and a recent announcement revealed extensive licensing deals which will see a catalogue of music, films and TV shows spanning the collections of some of the biggest publishing and production houses in the world.
