We've put together all the best shots and video footage of RIM’s BlackBerry Z10 ahead of its January 30 launch
On January 30 2013 RIM will unveil BlackBerry 10 to the world for the first time. More than a year in the making, BlackBerry 10 and its accompanying hardware represents RIM’s last real chance of bringing its BlackBerry brand back into contention inside the smartphone space.
Fortunately, networks and consumers alike seem pumped by the idea of new BlackBerry hardware and software and, after two extensive demos sessions with the new platform, so are we. BlackBerry 10 genuinely looks and feels like a real contender.
RIM will unveil two new handsets, currently known as the BlackBerry Z10 and the BlackBerry X10, alongside BB10 on January 30, according to our sources. We also expect to see plenty of celebrity endorsements and recommendations from networks and content publishers, too.
The BlackBerry Z10 is an all-touch affair, representing the sharper end of RIM’s innovation stick. It will do battle with the likes of Apple’s iPhone 5, Samsung’s Galaxy S3, and Google’s Nexus 4 in 2013.
The BlackBerry X10 on the other hand is a more traditional ‘Berry with its physical QWERTY keyboard.
