An update to the iPhone 5's Updater software has added the ability to update yyour iPhone over the air

An update to the iPhone 5's updater app now allows you to update to iOS 6.0.1 over-the-air (OTA).

The iPhone 5 apparently shipped with a bug that prevented you from updating OTA, instead forcing you to use iTunes to bring your iDevice bang up to date.

The update to Apple's software also fixes a number of other bugs to ensure your iPhone 5 runs as smmoth as a baby's bottom.

You should automatically be alerted to the update, but if not, head to Settings > General > Software update on your iPhone 5 and you should be prompted to install.
