Three stocking 3G-enabled iPad Mini on pay monthly tariffs
The iPad Mini with 3G capability is now available from Three as part of a pay monthly contract
UK network Three has announced it is now selling Apple’s cellular-enabled iPad Mini on pay monthly data tariffs.
The 7.9-inch slate can be had for as little as £59 for a 16GB storage model as part of a 24 month contract at £29 per month – this package also includes 15GB of internet data per month.
The same plan will cost you £99 for the 32GB model or £169 for the 64GB version plus £30.99 per month in each case.
Alternatively, you can fork out £369 (16GB), £429 (32GB) or £499 (64GB) for the tablet straight up to get 10GB of data a month for £15 per month - on a one month contract.
There are other plans which fall somewhere between these two extremes too.
The iPad Mini features an IPS LED display with a 1024x768 pixel resolution at 162ppi, 512MB of RAM and a 1GHz dual core Apple A5 processor, all running the latest version of iOS 6.
At last count it has access to around 700,000 apps in Apple’s App Store, as well as the use of Apple’s iCloud and iTunes services. You also get Facebook and Twitter integration and Siri voice commands and dictation.
